Who are we?

Our lead consultant and founder is Paul Jackson, an experienced education professional.

Paul has held several senior roles across a range of schools.

Paul is now headteacher of Manorfield Primary School in Tower Hamlets.

He was headteacher at Gallions Primary School, Newham for 7.5 years followed by a spell as Executive Headteacher – Primary Phase across a small Multi-academy trust, leading 4 challenging primary schools.

Drawing on his wealth of experience, Paul can offer a range of support to schools and other organisations.

Lisa Naylor is our lead Philosophy for Children (P4C) consultant.

Lisa is an expert in Philosophy for Children (P4C).  She has been a SAPERE registered P4C trainer since August 2005 and is now recognised as one of the lead trainers in the country.

Lisa leads P4C courses, as well as INSETs and training for both primary and secondary schools in both London and across the country.and speaks about P4C regularly at network meetings and conferences.

Lisa led Gallions to becoming the first ever SAPERE Gold Award School in the UK and in her role at Gallions supports teachers planning and delivering P4C sessions from Nursery to Year 6.

Lisa is currently working in an advisory capacity across several schools, supporting them in the SAPERE ‘Going for Gold’ programme.  This has included leading the introduction of P4C to all Year 7 students at a large secondary school in East London as part of a two year project.

Specialist areas: Pupil workshops and demonstration of P4C sessions, mentoring and teacher support, planning a whole school approach to implementing P4C (across the key stages), P4C with parents.

Andrew Scott is another of our lead consultants.

Andrew is a qualified school business manager with significant commercial world expertise.

Andrew has been working in education as a lecturer, SBM and Commercial Director since 2010. This has included primary, secondary, further education, LA maintained and academy settings. Previously, Andrew worked in the publishing industry.

This broad range of experience enables Andrew to work on procurement, fund-raising, re-structure, change management, project management, compliance, recruitment and external contract management.
